Loading docks are busy places, and are becoming busier every day. Naturally, as workloads increase, so does the need for a variety of automated dock equipment to meet those demands effectively. Unfortunately, so much equipment per dock means multiple controls and excessive electrical conduit cluttering up the dock wall, decreasing productivity and increasing installation costs.
The Solution Kelley Master Control Panels. These panels are easy to install, with just one electrical feed per dock, and can improve the functionality of a variety of dock equipment from one convenient location. Kelley Master Control Panels can even control two dock positions from a single panel. Compared to conventional installations of separate control panels, disconnect, power on/off and warning lights, this can save hundreds of dollars in installation costs per dock position. In addition, the all-in-one-place convenience of Kelley Master Control Panels can drastically improve productivity on your dock.
Kelley Master Control Panels can be customized to operate auxiliary equipment such as a door heater and air curtains and can be customized with company logos.

Kelley® Master Control Panel Combinations
Dock Leveler & Restraint Interconnect / Interlock

Dock Leveler, Restraint & Dock Door Interconnect / Interlock
N/AThis combination ensures a safe sequence of operation. The restraint must be engaged before the door can be opened, then the overhead door must be opened before the dock leveler can be operated. When loading/unloading is complete, process works in reverse.
Dock Leveler, Restraint, Inflatable Dock Seal / Shelter & Dock Door Interconnect / Interlock
N/AThis combination ensures a safe sequence of operation is followed: The restraint must first be engaged. Then the seas or shelter must be inflated before the door can be opened. Once the overhead door is opened, the dock leveler can be operated. When loading/unloading is complete, process works in reverse.
